Join the GOAT Team

We're building the best moving crew in the business — and we're looking for people who take pride in hard work, show up with a smile, and treat every customer's home like their own.

Who We're Looking For

Goat Movers is looking for dependable, physically fit, and customer-focused individuals to join our moving crew. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in a job done right — someone who understands that moving day is one of the most stressful days in a person's life, and shows up ready to change that. You don't need years of experience in the moving industry (though it helps). What you do need is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team that treats every piece of furniture like it belongs to their own grandmother.

Our movers are the face of this company. Every day, you'll be walking into people's homes, handling their most valued possessions, and representing the Goat Movers brand. That means we hold our team to a high standard. We're looking for people who are punctual, professional, clean-cut, and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers alike. You should be comfortable lifting heavy items, working on your feet all day, navigating tight stairwells and hallways, and solving problems on the fly. Most importantly, you should genuinely care about giving every customer a five-star experience from the moment you knock on their door.

In return, we offer competitive pay, consistent scheduling, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding fast. We invest in our people — you'll get hands-on training, proper equipment, and a crew that has your back on every job. If you're ready to work hard, be part of something bigger, and help us set the standard for what a moving company should be, we want to hear from you.

Send us your resume and a brief introduction, or give us a call. We'll set up a time to talk and see if you're the right fit for the crew.
